I must say I'm feeling better now. And even better since I discovered the one that I hate from my flat has gone home for the weekend. Therefore I can clean the flat to a spotless shine instead of attempting to clean and finding he messes everything up while I'm doing it.

Thought i'd try oven baking sweet potatoes tonight. They had that little yellow reduced sticker on them that Tescos put on their goods, so i got them for £1. Bargain!
Not sure what to accompany them with, so i settled on chilli con carne. This could be interesting.

Edit:- It was shit! The baked sweet pots were nice, the chilli was nice but together it was crap.

And for guaranteed lump free mashed potatoe. Oven bake potatoes instead of boiling them. All you have to do when ready is scoop the potatoe from the skins add a bit of your spread of choice and black pepper and hey presto lump free mash. Tastes great and really compliments a roasty.

That's GENIUS! I've been trying to get rid of those damned lumps for ages!
