I've really like these crisps but since i looked at the fat content i've cut them down considerably. I am currently spreading the word and the waistlines of my friends by giving them couple of packets to sample.

Low fat versions you say... Must revisit Mr. Taytos site.


Btw.. Cheese and pickle baguette with added taytos is really yummy.

My big problem and the only reason im not Living on Tayto Cheese and Onion Chrisp Sandwiches is the fat content.. in fact im not eating anything naughty (and its killing me!) as I am trying to loose 2 stone.. anyone any quick fixes?

Dont like speed- my flatemate used to use it to loose weight, she got a bit obsessive at one point.

I am kickboxing for 4 hours a week and trying to hear lods of fresh fruit and veggies

COOL, COOL, COOL!! Martial arts. I do aikido and some kick boxing. Still a liitle confused as to why they call it kick boxing at times it's more like knee boxing lol

Thats true - been doing it for 3 months now - love it but not been for a few weeks as have been away and ill (not at the same time)

It gets very addictive beating the shit out of a punch bag or a geezer padded up to the eyeballs. I love it, the adrenalin rush is something no narcotic can ever reach. Enjoy!
