Is it today you are supposed to be there?

Yes! It was a bit short notice telling me yesterday to be there today. I am full up with a cold and suffering nosebleeds, amongst other things. Oh well not to worry i still got the gigs to go to.
My nephew is 18 ffs and his dad, my niece and my mum are going mental. I said he's probably living it up with a girl somewhere. Tsk! They never worried this much about me when i was 18..

Hmm. I would have taken a couple of painkillers, packed some tissues and jumped on a train.

Its always a nightmare when you have to rely on people to drive you places - I should know.

Its such a pity Lorna. You could have been dining out on this story for years.

I did think of that, but, well i don't fancy travelling across London on my own. Everyone is meeting up but i'd still have to find my way there. I could drive but there is no where to park at the location and i don't know the location area at all. Now if it was North London i'd be relatively ok.

I was really looking forward to it but i won't lose any sleep over it.I e-mailed the chap to ask him to keep my details on file for the future. I can always say forever i could have been in that video Hey ho! Never know they might want me for their next video instead. I still got 2-3 gigs to go to and i might be going to Amsterdam to see Robbie so things arn't all bad.

Out of curiosity, what was the location?

Amsterdam has occasionally been considered liberal with regard to S-E-X.

Ok for those of you that are interested. It appears the song is 9-5 a lady sovereign remix. They've done a remix of this before but this is a remix of the remix. The first video they done was shot on Brighton Beach i've seen this vid and i've got to say it looked like they done it on a budget of about 20 quid.

The university location i was given turns out to be a derelict building site. The extras were sat in a basement room for about 2 hours a, drinking copious amounts of coffee and had to pee in the dark. They can't say too much but involved staring at the band, dancing like loons and running up and down stairs. Simon the drummer broke his drumsticks 1/2 way through and continued with tree sticks.

The band hung around afterwards to chat to all the extras but Preston buggered off straight after, he's a celeb now you know. He was kind enough to pose for some pics with people in between takes.

It sounds like they had great fun making it. How long do you reackon before they release it? and how long does it take to edit and produce music videos?

Oh yeah! Lady Sovereign got to shoot her bit in New York. She's a strange girl that one.
