I suggest getting a nice image, which is rich in colour, and using white black and glass, come up with a look which uses the natural mix of colours from the scene.

Not an exact copy of this, and with more colour, this kind of netural theme could work well.
Perhaps pick different scenes, with different colour moods, and let the user pick one in their profile.
