Indeed it bloody is, but as I've had my answer from Antz you may continue to chatter amongst yourselves.

Thanks Gav. We normally do anyway. There's not many threads that actually stay on topic in Metropol.

Your job is pretty easy really isn't it Gav. You don't lug too many padlocks around with you ;)

That is of course what johnnyboy and I would have you beleive. We just move very quickly and with great vigour.

I was up half the night scrubbing this place down after Cheese Head posted whilst wearing flaky black nail polish.

Bluerch.

You know what!? My nephew went through a brief stage of wearing black nail polish. The first time i saw him wearing it i thought he'd trapped his fingers in a door or something. i thought, shit that must have hurt.

Ah, well. Rather you and Johnnyboy than me. I couldn't face scrubbing this place down with acetone in the early hours.

I didn't - must I now be subject to some kind of ritual beating for my lack of knowledge? ;)

No chance. We have loads of Mancs and scousers round my neck of the woods. Admittedly i prefer the Manchester accent it's just a little easier to understand than the Liverpudlian accent. I have a real issue with Scousers. They come down South to live through choice then gob off how crap it is down here and how great it is in Liverpoo. My usual response out of hours is.. " well eff off back to Liverpoo then".

My fave accent ( other than southern ( i'm bias)) is an Irish one. Nowhere can beat an Oirish accent.
A Lymm accent is extremely posh, you know.
Everyone hears what you say,
Friends listen to what you say,
Best friends listen to what you don't say.

Well I doubt many people around here (Derwentside) do... there's no cable service for at least 15 miles in any direction from here!

I hate to drag this thread back on topic, but I got my blueyonder upgrade several weeks ago - they very kindly upgraded me from my 2Mb service to 10Mb. I'm now in the process of downloading the entire internet. Hooray!

Clever really ;) Well, when you compare me to James H. That's why I have him kept alive you see.
And you can do this being in Manchester?
