I haven't weighed myself since 1997 so haven't a clue, but had a guess at my height & weight & not only should my stomach be removed my mouth should been sewn up as well.

I do try to walk on both Saturday's & Sunday's up the city but due to circumstances beyond my control I could only do it yesterday.

I often walk round Central London, to get a nice scenery to make the walk more pleasureable

Goodge Street Station to Queensway Station - 00:57:11.86

The longest I ever did was Tower Hill Station to Fulham Broadway Station whcih took me 2 & 1/2 hours.

I should really do more exercise but have started to eat more heathily the last couple of weeks.

Went to doctors today about soemthing else but was weighed & measured (in height)

I am 5'9" & weight 17.12 stone :(

Mey ideal weight in 12.5 stone, but alot of people advised me NOT to go that low as I would look ill :?

It's gonna be tough but I'm gonna stick with it!
