i'm afraid you are wrong.

this is not the issue i have been discussing, if you'd have read any of my posts you would have seen this. i have acknowledged several times that ferdinand had not raped anyone, i was highlighting the simularities between the two cases as far as damage to career, being discreet about sexual activity to minimize the risk of this happening, and the posibility of any false claims.

Are you like the chap in that 'Identity' film, with about eight different people going around in his head at once?

I think the fact that you are having to try to now clarify the meaning of your own posts to yourself by writing about them at length means quite frankly their is little hope for anyone else to gain a comprehension of them.

You keep telling me the elements of the case are the same, when to anyone with half a brain it is clear that they are not.
