He's currently banned (again), though I'm rather expecting that he'll re-appear under a few more user names, at least until Asa's next online. MMTV is appears to be one sad person who seems to get a power trip out of being able to register via a slight loophole, which should hopefully soon be fixed.

The link above won't show the posts as I've split the topic, though I'll leave the split thread visible for a while if anyone wishes to have a laugh at MMTV's sadness, as he's having a conversation with himself via 2 accounts. He seems to have forgotten that moderator posts appear in purple, so nobody is fooled. The thread may well completely disappear later on, however for now enjoy http://www.tvforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=26952

Not to mention the post count being way off!

How come Metropol doesn't get professional trolling? The most we get is some occasional nonsense from barcode... who isn't too hateful.

Could somebody tell me the story of why Luxton is censored on TV Forum?

Oh and while I'm here, is there any footage of Asa on Liquid News?

EDIT LINK REMOVED: Sorry that seems to be a knackered version of it and stops after a few seconds. Anyone else have it?

Simon requested his name be added to the filter as it invaded his privacy. His username has always been anonymous.

Its a bit like Mandleson stopping broadcasters saying he's an old queen. Its counterproductive.

Thanks for the swift response - though I can't seem to get the video to play past the first few seconds - just me? I only get, 'hi, I'm Simon, I smell of fish'. Well, something like that... Oooh, just seen that it is indeed broke.

Mmm, Simon is very strange - is there anybody on TVF who doesn't know his surname?

I'd have to slightly disagree with you on that one, Gavin.

I'm sure Simon Luxton's original user name on TV Forum was Simon Luxton, until we all started taking the piss out of the name Simon Luxton and the fact that he was in his thirties, yet still lived with his parents at an address which I won't publicise, but is freely available at 192.com, in Bideford, North Devon.

He then changed his user name from Simon Luxton to tvarksouthwest, in the hope that we wouldn't realise that tvarksouthwest was still Simon Luxton of Bideford, North Devon.

It was some time after he changed his user name from Simon Luxton to tvarksouthwest that he requested that the word Luxton, part of his name, Simon Luxton, be added to the swear filter on TV Forum. For some strange reason, about as understandable as many of his other decisions, the sadministrator of TV Forum added the word Luxton to the filter.
