More on this story, or very similar, in about twenty-four-and-a-half hours.

Watch this space.

Clockwise, my dear fellow.

That always helps.

Reading through TVF always makes me realise how there are 2 kinds of people in this world.

On the one hand there's those who keep it real, and never take things too seriously. They have an ability to see the funny side of things, and don't take offence at anything that is obviously said in jest. They are generally content with their lives. This is the group most of us here fit into.

Then there's those who I just don't get. They have irrational reactions to the opinions of group A (above). They share a pompous view of those they consider below them (predominantly group A). They have little or no sense of humour. Examples: Plymouth; Luxton.

Just something that struck me.

How dare you, Phil!

*slaps Phil*

*stomps dramatically from room vowing never to post in this forum ever again*

*sneaks back in to see how people reacted*

And..... applause... :)

Neil, have you been on some sort of drug this past couple of days?

I think he has been hanging around with Stuart Plymouth.

Well I see that my comment addressing Luxton's hypocrisy has been deleted from the Hollyoaks thread.

Skilled observers will have noted that I have made not one single comment either here or there further to the one I was reprimanded for some days ago. I neither asked for a campaign of retribution nor participated in it and yet my post was removed.

Seems like Simon is free to cast his odious musings over TV Forum and will be henceforth exempt from any recourse.

For the record, Simon said, "At the forum I used to run we didn't allow people to post myspace/facebook profiles for actors"; to which I reminded him of the time he posted telephone numbers and email addresses of the production team (of Grange Hill) with a request that his membership "bombard them" with complaints.

perhaps you'd be best off having it out with him via PM if the forum posts are deleted. Keep us guys posted though!

I for one am shocked and apalled at the deletion of my posts! I thought we had a nice little debate about the virtues of privacy and the internet. Granted, it was light in tone but does everything have to be completely sombre? Tsk. And *still* no apology from Simon about him mistaking my Simon Pegg reference for one about him! I suppose he *does* have the rights to that forename though...

I think we should all make a forum for FREE SPEECH. Like, a sister site to TVF where the sharper ones can banter without the scrutiny of heavy handed soderators to quote god, and where Gav is an admin.

Nope. This is me.

I just normally don't bother posting on here. It's becoem more fun of late.

I quite liked your postings until this.

Now - you must die.

I do think the deletion with out any indication that the posts previously existed and without any word of warning to those who have posted is somewhat sinister.
