So following on from the discussion of getting Metro more publicity, Metropol's main technology supplier hymagumba.com has been working with Combustion Studios to create a new signature image for loyal 'polers to use on the other place.


"Meanwhile on Metropol" is an ingenious technological wonder that uses live data to show what we're talking about on here therefore tempting over new members. Carefully crafted to be informative and generally delightful it should provide some much needed plugging outside the few references on the other place.

To insert the image (in its default dark blue) use the following code in your TVF sig. and yes Lorna, there's a pink version because I know if I didn't make one I'd never hear the end of it. Any other special colour requests PM me.

I find this to be a technological and design marvel - the perfect marriage of form and function.

Whoever the mysterious whippersnappers behind this endeavour may be, they deserve a raise.

i should mention - before some smarktarse does - it only checks for new posts every 5 mins to reduce server load.

Its ok now. I had to flush the dns. I've been having to do this for about a week. Maybe I should restart my modem.

Added.... although I will have a think about a colour choice.
