There is a tree in Christchurch Park, Ipswich, that is alleged to look like Postman Pat.

In a nutshell, a Toby Carvery in Bristol had some leaky bogs and decided to use some old food pans (which were thrown away afterwards) to catch the drips rather than have wee wee all over their dining room floor. 38 year-old Jonathan Deady, who was dining with 39 year-old wife Angie and, shock horror, 18 MONTH OLD daughter Bethany discovered this crime of crimes and promptly thought 'here's an opportunity to blag some comp-en-say-shun' and took some pictures. The Daily Mail then duly published his story of outrage when he was offered only £80 (I'm amazed he was offered anything at all).

Despite making a point that he's 'not after money' he seems most angry at the sum of money offered.

Mr Deady is OUTRAGED - as can be evidenced by him appearing in a picture with FOLDED ARMS!

Wow, what a concept. Store in conservation area made to have subtle branding. Because that's never happened before.

The Mail really will publish any old shite these days
