If that's so, it's either going to conclude with either me (artist's impression) or Nick.

We're not allowed artists impressions or cartoony depictions of members for avatars or anything. It's the real deal or nothing. So i think you ought to grace the forum with an avatar of yourself Nini. Then maybe Hyma can put together from all our avatars a Simpsonesque family portrait in the footer.

Yes because Family Guy was the first thing ever to assess pop culture differently and send it up for laughs. I grow weary of that show's inability to make a joke without referencing pop culture seeing as the whole concept is half-inched from various other things also.

That sort of talk isn't for here though.
True, although it does do it well. I don't think Seth McF goes out of his way to impress us learned scholars of pop culture, he has created a product which just makes me laugh. Heartily. Like the recently deceased Captain Birds Eye.

Guess it'll never occur then but the Simpsonesque portrait sounds like some fun.

Today's guest 'sleb to grace our footer is Bubbles the Clown of various testcards fame.

We did have a Simpsonize Me thread last year. It began after the "only pictures of yourself" rule was strictly enforced and any cartoon or non-genuine avatars were removed.

Clowns tend to be scary!

Can we have a games room please. Where we can play each other at cards ( i'm a whizz at Snap!) footie and chess or something. We could have little tournaments.

Just a passing thought.

That's a silly idea Lorna.

Good news everyone. The rather large bug with the footer overlapping pages where the content and the viewport were the same length has now been fixed. So people using 1024x786 can actually register now without having the I agree button hidden.

However you may have a good point with games room being a bad idea. Imagine playing scrabble with Barcy.Anyhoo i just thought i'd have a gander around the place while logged out. * Titters out loud at the welcome & can i be mod bit.
