Each week the Guardian newspaper carries lots of adverts for worthless non-productive public sector jobs. The effect of this is to artficialy lower the UK umemployment level which currently stands at 7 million. Finally for now I have just heard on BBC World Service Radio that 5 thousand workers at MG Rover cars are to lose their jobs.

Yes. 7 million. Divided by a factor directly proportional to your weirdness. In this case that factor is very nearly 5. Given that most weirdness factors are considerably less than 1 (several orders smaller in fact), I'd say that you need a reality check.

Also, did you expect the government to be able to do anything more that was reasonable for Rover? The chinese were the ones to end the talks.

Jesus change the record Ross. You are showing yourself up to be a total idiot.

Next thing you will be telling us that David Icke is right and the Queen is a lizard.

Alright then!
How about this one? 1.41 Million
Or this one? 1.39 Million (though a few months old)
I quite like this one 1.43 million

Granted. Unemployment is on the up again, but it sure as hell isn't 7 million. I'm curious therefore - did you go and pull this number blindly out of your ass or did you have to put your head up there to find it?

I heard that 14 billion people in Britain had 3 arms but New Labour covered this up.

The interesting thing is the the Conservative party do not make any such claims of unemployment being at the nonsensical levels claimed by Mr Revenge. Whilst it is true that the figure has risen recently, Michael Howerd quotes the official statistics.

So what's the deal Ross? If the party you support don't beleive you either then why are you making the claim?
