That entire statement begs the question as to who is the stalker and who is the "stalkee".

There is obviously some dicussion going on here between you two; the fact that you feel the need to bring it to everyone else's attention is more worrying!

Methinks this will do little good for "Dave" Cameron if we do have an election soon. I seem to recall that in the minds of the general voting public "Spitting Image" managed to almost single-handedly destroy the appeal of the Liberal/SDP Alliance with their portrayal of the "Two Davids" by having Steele's puppet in the handkerchief pocket of Owen.

Cameron's apparent image as "Dave", whether intentional from the outset or not, seems to be encouraged by the Conservatives. The launch of a new male channel aimed at 16-35 year olds with the same name can't be helpful.

Given the very strict rules on impartiality and equal time and publicity for all parties in the twenty-one days up to a general election, it would be interesting to see what would have to happen to a channel called "Dave" during that period.

Would they be made to have a "Gordy" and a "Minger" channel as well (plus others with suitable names in the nations, before I'm accused of Englishocentricism), or could Dave have to be closed down for three weeks?
