Woolworths introduced a new logo just before they went into administration too. Then the administrators went back to the old logo and everyone forgot they'd even changed it. I don't think the new logo even made it to any store fronts or carrier bags, though it appeared on adverts and the website.

House of Fraser have renegotiated rents, and so 20 stores announced for closure have been saved so far, they are :

Altrincham, Aylesbury, Birkenhead, Camberley, Carlisle, Darlington, Doncaster, Grimsby, High Wycombe, Lincoln, London (Oxford Street), Middlesbrough, Plymouth, Skipton, Telford, Huddersfield, Leeds, Maidstone, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield.

Edinburgh, Hull and Swindon will close after the failure of negotiations over cuts in rents.

CardMarket is their attempt to rival Card Factory.
