As far as soap goes, we use Cidal, not around much these days, but very effective. For the dishes, it has to be... "For hands that do dishes as soft as your skin use mild green Fairy Liquid".

Fairy Liquid = £1.68 per litre.
Tesco Value = 13p per litre.
You need three times as much Tesco, so Tesco effectively 39p per bottle against £1.68.
Fairy is 4.3 times more expensive, one of the biggest rip-offs on the supermarket shelves.

I use... well I don't I put all my wiffy stuff in a box/bin thing then a few days later it appears in a pile next to it no longer wiffy, I think its the fairys... honest.
