It's inexplicable to me why this is the top story on the Ten tonight. I'm starting to agree with the view that the BBC is slightly obsessed with the guy.

The man is an irrelevance in Scotland, and also to the majority of voters elsewhere in the UK. He's just slightly more popular than he used to be - that's it.

And he has a horrible shiny face on camera.
