One that takes a bit of forward planning but is *ace* is my ultimate sandwich

- Big thing of bread
- Some slices of mozzerella
- Roasted veg (red onion, red pepper, courguette, garlic) with some olive oil
- Mash up the garlic, mix it with the veg, put it on the bread
- Mozzerella on top
- Grill it a bit to melt the cheese before closing it up.
