According to Channel Four News it was supposed to be 6pm local time, which was 7pm here because of Summer Time.
Watch the end of tonight's Channel Four News if it's available on 4OD, it was extremenly funny.

Eh? local time is local time, daylight savings doesn't enter into it. I'm pretty sure Channel 4 News just used that explanation because otherwise it buggers up their item somewhat!
Incidently, here's a Yahoo group of Family Radio supporters, full of very sad and confused people... and those trying to work out where they went wrong with the date
