Milk in cup
Pour in tea from teapot
add splenda
stir
drink

It's quite simple.

My routine:

Put teabag in mug (no preference for brand)
Pour just-boiled water from kettle into mug
Give bag in water a good stir round and a press down to the bottom of the mug
Fish bag out of mug with spoon and dispose of bag in bin
Add a few drops of semi-skimmed milk
Leave for a few minutes to reduce chance of scalding mouth
