Wait a minute, paper is a valid answer.
It may not be the answer on your silly riddle web site, but it fits the criteria defined in the question.
If you don't accept answers because they aren't the one that came with the riddle then it just makes this all a tedious guessing game.

Correct, it is tissue paper, but fine, paper too!
Gah Correct

And as for your riddle, are you by any chance, Jelly? As said by Beep.

Now, Riddle No.4:

Two sentries were on duty outside a barracks. One faced up the road to watch for anyoe approaching from the North. The other looked down the road to see if anyone approached from the South. Suddenly one of them said to the other, "Why are you smiling?"

How did he know that his companion was smiling?

And to Beep, I apologise, I had one answer, and was for some reason decided that nothing close would be correct.

Correct, and I now am running low on riddles.

A Poem Riddle:
I turn polar bears white
And I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
And girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
And normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
And make your champagne bubble.
If you squeeze me, I'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop.

I'm detecting a time feeling around this, all events tie into time in that poem.

Beep, you are a wizard here, Correct. Actually, 97% of Harvard Students couldn't answer it where as 86% of Nursery pupils could.

Riddle No.6:
You heard me before,
Yet you hear me again.
Then I die, 'Til you call me again
What am I?

A phone OR an echo.

Can you explain this to me - I must be closer to a Harvard student than a nursery pupil as it makes no sense:
If you squeeze time, time'll pop.
If you look at time, you'll pop.
