I've a pretty good body clock. When daylight breaks thru my bedroom curtains i get up. In winter i'm a sluggish late mess in the mornings. In summer, i'm up and done housework and put a load or two in the machine before i go to work.

Mind you there is nothing better than waking to the dawn chorus.

Ive had roughly about 4 hours broken sleep every night for the past 6 days thanks to Rag Week in our university. So tonight I should sleep for a day... not going to happen though, grr.
