Baby P is ***** and her name is *****. THERE?

Not surprised to see this board panda to the PC censorship of the world. We should be talking about truth in this tragic case, we the British public deserve to know.
This is NOT the place to dish out your despicable twattishness and if Gav has any sense he'll ban you for it.

It's a LEGAL construct, not PC. You clearly have absolutely no grasp of what political correctness is. At any rate Metropol will NOT be held responsible because you think you're above it.

Oh, and it's "pander", not "panda" you imbecile.

Although the normal routine is to allow tangent discussions, with respect, I concur.

However, that dress just *isn't* your colour! :?

For you, maybe not as sometimes a tangent can be much too obtuse.

With you and Showbizfap making your presences known the signal to noise ratio has dropped a little.

It's not in Guru's ethos, apparently, to consider the status of the previously archived topics on here, I'm sure.

When the Court Case is finished there will be alot of comments one way and the other. For now it's not an issue.

Metropol doesn't make the law, but I have to ensure that it isn't broken on this board, so please don't publish names here.

Ironically, it may harm the prosecution of the individuals involved, and I'm sure that's the last thing any of us want.

Should these people be convicted of this crime, there will be ample opportunity to discuss how vile they are.

Gavin Scott sent me a nice apologetic PM on the TV Forum and we've worked out our issues, so I don't think he'll ban me any time soon.

I am referring to another investigation which was discussed on here perhaps until the arrest of someone involved. We were all advised to stay silent on the subject until after the case concluded. Everyone can have their point of view after the judiciary have ruled. It's fair and reasonable.

I'm sure you were around at the time, Mr Guru.

I wasn't (look at my join date). But even if I was, precedent does not equal practice.

I'm sure what ShowbizGuru means is that he is after a verdict, perhaps?

Despite the fact that the condemned are no longer taken through the streets on a cart to the gallows for a slow, strangled death, the public still demand justice in Mr Guru's book no doubt.

He forgets that it's a bit more civilised these days and perhaps concern now should be turning toward the victim in whichever case it may be.
