Depends on the weather..sometimes nothing, sometimes a shirt and pyjama bottoms. I find it much harder to sleep in hot weather than cold for some reason.

When alone; shortie pyjamas - i.e. t-shirt and shorts. When at the missus', usually nothing, because we overheat.

I also have a habit of having three pillows - a hard one, a soft fluffy one and a flattish one. I can therefore rearrange them into various combinations in order to find optimum comfort for how I'm feeling.

I also must have the window open all night; fresh air is a must for me. Since coming off nights and back onto days I've found this to be a mixed blessing. Gone are the screaming kids and lawnmowers, but in come the freezing cold blasts of wind.

Fortunately my bed is next to a radiator so I always wake up to warmth from 5am - 7am whatever.
