I really laughed when I read that. They should just be honest and say that without the pictures, their readers would be left lacking that daily high-blood pressure rush they enjoy so much from getting unnecessarily outraged by something that really doesn't matter.

Oh, and Hyma and Sput... you're both kind of right and both kind of wrong.

It was the Daily Star which had the photo of a 15 year old Charlotte Church with some headline relating to her tits next to the Brass Eye story. The Mail had photos of Beatrice and Eugenie in bikinis, aged 13 and 11 respectively, alongside their outrage at Brass Eye.

That's doubtful, Sput.

I wrote:the Brass Eye paedophile special on the SAME PAGE as printing a photo of a not-yet-legal princess in a bikini saying "She's all grown up now"
That would make you wrong, waxy. Impressive that you could be THIS wrong with something so simple nearly.

I've never backed a clear loser, I'm not going to start with you in this argument, Mr Sput.

When ALLISON PEARSON went to buy a birthday card for her mum, she was horrified by what she found - cards so offensive and obscene she felt ashamed of her country. And the sorry truth is, most are bought by women.
Surely the solution is simple; if you don't find them funny, choose another card. If the receipient wouldn't find it funny, choose another card.

And this category of card has existed for a LONG time, it's hardly refelective of today's fucked up world.

Do real people actually read the Daily Mail. I only read it for Fred Bassett.

I only read the Mail to laugh at Littlejohn.

I don't read his column, I just point at his face in the mast head and go "Hehehe...twat."

Right in a kind of "I can remember something I saw in the Daily Mail" way.

Bitter sweet.
