You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means. If it were spin then it'd have a positive implication such as "ah, so you're affluent enough to eat to excess"
Maybe the first 500 got lost in the postal strikes? Anyway, spinning is taking what's said and putting it in a different light rather than manipulating the words you've [incorrectly] used to imply something completely different. There are other subtle differences too.
