Indeed Lorna did have a spat with BT which was resolved. She then managed to break her newly repaired laptop. I think she was hoping Mr H was going to buy her a new one for her birthday. She was able to read posts for a while on Mr H's mobile, but then managed to lock it so I don't think she's allowed to use that anymore.

I'm sure she'll be back soon.
