I hate to drag this thread up again, but I've made an observation in the last few weeks.

The Government are saying that smoking Cannabis EVEN ONCE can damage your brain cells for life and even give you certain psychosis. It says that even one single act can then basically turn you into a psycho (in a matter of words).

However, was it my imagination or a few weeks ago did a big handful of Politicians admit to smoking the said drug 'just once' (..whatever).

So lets review......Cannabis damages your brain for life and turns you into a brewing psychopath, yet some of the richest people in one of the countries highest jobs have admitted to dabbling it!!!! Hum......I'm sure a job like that entails endless university degrees and such, which obviously requires a lot of brain power.

Seems to me the drug didn't do them any harm what-so-ever regardless of however many times they used it! Or alternively I had proven the point of how the Government has actually made one big 'hash' of running the country by employing a load of loonies. Certainly answers a few of my questions!!

I don't think we should be looking at the type of people who are smoking it, but the type of people who start to smoke it. Those of the people who had been made an example of probably had psychopathic tendencies before and felt that with the myths that surround Cannabis it was the thing for them. Adolescent teenagers with problems who are probably going down a mad route anyway, where are going to turn? Alcohol? Nah too easy, not nearly illegal enough. Cannabis, that will get more attention! But should it be blamed for the end result?

Ask yourselves that!

I personally think that chocolate is to blame for the problems of the world. I guarantee (almost) EVERY SINGLE person in Jail, every murderer, every thief and wife beater is on chocolate. That Ladies and Gentlemen is where your problems lie.

I don't think the current cabinet are some of the UK's richest people. Grossly overpaid, sure. But I doubt they're the richest. They can't be seen to be earning huge amounts of cash for their own personal extravagances. They are socialists after all. However, therein lies the hypocrisy of the current administration.

But as always it's a nanny case state of "do as I say, not as I do"

Remember, it's a different sort of drug they smoked! ( ) and it was harmless, they all had dodgy dealers. They just became government ministers. No harm there at all! The fact they make laws we don't all have to stick to is not a new concept for many people in the English portion of our "United Kingdom".
