I can't stand Harry Potter at all, but the new book will be £5 in Tescos, Asda and Morrisons tomorrow, which is a good price for a new book.

Presumably that's selling at a loss and they plan to recoup the cost via selling groceries?

£5 at ASDA when you spent £50 in store of £10.99 on its own. Same for Tesco, Sainsburys etc. WHS are doing it for £6.99 when you spent £15 in store or £10.99 on its own.

Not really; most firewood of that quantity sells for a fraction of the price.

No, the full page advert in *cough* Daily Mail today said if you spend £15 you get it for £5 from Asdarrrrrr (innit).

Well, considering my weekly delivery is about £50 I wouldn't have a problem, except for:

 My delivery comes from Tesco
 I don't like Harry Potter

Aaaaaaaaaaaand it's out.

The missus is dragging me to the movie tomorrow night. Thing is, I've only seen part of movie 1 and all of movie 3.

Is it essential I see the rest?

Yes, expect it to be the longest night of your life.

I won't be reading the book, so anyone care to divulge how it all ends, who dies and that. It's just it will save me probably several days / hours of my life.

Oh, and me. I'll watch the films but I've never got into the books.

Probably, but do you really want to watch all four?
