does anybody know if the nhbc building insurance thing protects against broken fences? our house is less than two years old.

Fife is always dead rubbish at getting interesting weather. We had about an hour of snow which melted by lunchtime.

It took my colleague 2 1/2 hours to get in from Buckhaven to Edinburgh on the train this morning. He was annoyed that there was no snow lying in Edinburgh as it made his story seem less than truthful when he finally turned up.
