Is your name Phil, or Will?
I was wandering where you'd gone Sput. You have been very quiet.
You been busy designing and building scaled down rockets to launch into space or something?

Actually I've been at the Beeb with the weather men for most of the past week. I like how somebody as apathetic about the media as me gets to wander those ever-so-difficult corridors while the tvf types really don't.
Allow me to point out that whilst I was technically a member of the Manchester University rocket society in my second year, it was purely to stop the little troll of a man who ran it to stop harassing me. It worked. Huzzah. But for the record: Not into rockets

You've just shattered my illusions. I thought you was gonna be the first real handsome nerd i'd ever spoken to
You ought to come out to play in TVF more often. We could have such fun.
Oh and how did you manage to blag yourself the Beeb job? I'd love a wander around the studios. Purely as an inqusitive viewer.

Just a work experience placement, dear. Applied online a while back just on the offchange, I figured I should try and actually see if there were any interesting jobs in science, turns out there are one or two!

Yes, please do. It might wake him up a bit. I reckon he has a joint before he reads the weather.

When Sky do the weather from the newswall, is anyone else put in mind of the Live TV weather with the 'Weather Dwarf'? They could certainly do with a trampolene to allow them to bounce up and point at Scotland.

I've seen that before with a dwarf bouncing on a trampoline during the weather forecasts and it was called Britain's Bounciest Weather. The programme I saw it on also had him falling off the trampoline.
