It could be a number of things, James. You certainly shouldn't be asking for medical opinions on the internet though - as you may be given poor advice.

Go to a GUM/Sexual health clinic. Many have drop-in days, but you might find the queue alarmingly large. Make an appointment and actually stick to it.

All kinds of bacterial, fungal and viral infections are passed easily through unprotected sex. If this is the case, you must be mindful that whatever you are suffering from is likely to be passed down a chain of partners.

No more slagging around until you have this cleared up.
