Upon further inspection it does state that the bag should be returned by post as well, probably only to inconvenience disillusioned Walkers customers.
Well if they gave a refund to every whingeing bastard who is complaining for the hell of it, they'd probably go out of business.

well i was in bulgaria a few weeks back and lays look exactly like walkers so maybe some changes are on the way

If you're going to quote stuff, at least read it first, you moron.
