I think the odds of me returning home tomorrow to find a card is about 1 million to 1. My mother is off to New Zeland, so that rules her out.

That said, I met a friend from Edinburgh I haven't seen for 12 years in London tonight. The odds of that are pretty astronomical, so I shall keep an open mind.

The only card I got was from the dog I sponsor through the Dogs Trust - and it really cheered me up!

Nothing from the other half , I would have even been happy with the 8p card from Asda shown on BBC Breakfast this morning :roll:
