Hiatus hernia is caused by a build up of stomach acids in the asophogus, and it damages the lining making it painful when food passes down.

Nothing to do with smoking, and I've actually cut down to 10 a day now, which I'm quite impressed with myself for.

I've got another visit to the docs tomorrow, for a check up on my recent health woes.

So how many chicken burgers did it take to have this buildup?

Yes, thank you. I don't get them as severe as I did, because I can recover quite quickly from them now with controlled breathing.

Just to answer the original post- the Bacon cheeseburger has been on the menu for 99p lots of times.

thye have also done the Double Cheseburger and the McChicken Sandwich with Bacon (in the area where I worked )

VAT registration numbers on the foot of any company documentation gives the purchaser a feeling of confidence when working with a sole trader. Especially when dealing with "talent", be it v/o, cabaret or other performance related work.

It may be an unneccessary expense in the actuality of the business, but it can help secure contracts.
