My best mate is staying with her parents in Norwich over Xmas and she said that it's really bad there.

Not a single flake here in Cardiff. It's crisp and frosty, but no snow!

More of Norfolk - the not-so-sunny part of it. In an attempt to be all arty farty, I took pics of random plant-like creatures in the garden.

That was earlier Tuesday afternoon, the snow started early in the morning and got far worse towards the night, with the addition of very slippery icy stuff. I had to take the long route home because the car wouldn't go up-hill (in the second pic). I've not seen it this bad here for a good few years, but then I rarely get off my arse to look outside anyway.

Aww, I like Hyma's house.

For a moment I thought "I'd like to live there", and then I realised it was "Oop north" and 400 miles from civilisation. ;)

Also, I believe it's in one of those foreign Celtic countries that don't have street names or car numbers, so it can't be a very nice place.

more tomorrow!
I always find that happens with snow. That and the absolute and deathly still silence. Very wierd.

On the east coast of Ireland white stuff starting falling last night. Then it turned into heavy hail. Bastards.
