Because no-one, smoking or non-smoking, would ever go for you?
With your face like a well-spanked arse, you must be saying that ironically.

I fail to see the resemblence myself, however at least I'm secure enough to put my picture up for all to see.

I agree, it's a fine addition to the forum.

What's that? Four years, eight months, nine days, thirteen hours and about fifteen minutes, NOT that I'm still counting, or anything.
Prior to that, yes I DID smoke for something over forty years.
What was special about the start of 2001? Or do you mean 23:59 on 31st December 1999?

No, definitely at the PROPER change of millenium, 31st December 2000, seeing as there was never a year zero.

I'm a smoker. I normally smoke about 10-15 cigs a day ( depends how bored or stressed i am) and sometimes a couple of joints during the evening.
I have decided that this year i'm going to give myself a birthday prezzie by quitting. I've been stocking up on patches, gum and lozenges, i'm going to wrap them up and open them on my birthday. It's a psychological trick that i'm hoping will work.
Not only that, but, i want to replace the nicotine fix with an adrenalin fix ( it's the best buzz you can get). So i'm going to intensify my training sessions, well, my fella is going to intensify them and hopefully that will kill my cravings.
So from November i'm going to be a non-smoker!

I stand humbly corrected Sir.

Tried it once at school, thought it was disgusting, never did it again.

I tried it at school - mainly cos i was curious, and insecure - it made me cool at the time.
i then got really stressed during my art exam and i jut picked one up to calm my nerves. it worked, then i got into it as i drank, and now i pretty much smoke. i do enjoy a ciggarette, but id prolly prefer to never have started. In oz, the age is 18 so ill have more trouble buying them and just quitting by default.
