They would get a serve penality if they tried to do anything untoward with your banking or anything. Let's just see what happens in the next few weeks, I want to see what reaction (if any) the neighbours will give. All I want is peace, if they stay out of my way we'll be just fine. If they dish out more of the same, they will be evicted. I know that for a fact.
I don't think they are smart enough to stop what they are doing.. I hope you manage to get an eviction.
