I've never had any problems with Orange, I have been a customer with them for five years now, since I bought my first mobile phone. I've only ever had to call the Customer service a couple of times, once was when my friend accidentally blocked my phone with some dodgy PIN thing, phoned Orange up, explained the situation, gave them my details and they sorted it no problem.

Plus when I got my Sony Ericcson T610 last year, they gave me a new SIM card, but with the old number and 500 Free texts per weekend for 6 months, not bad.

I plan to upgrade my mobile (as the T610 is already battered) and I will be sticking with Orange.

I'm actually something of a mobile phone network whore. If another network offers a fancy new phone for free, I'll swap to them and port my number across, rather than pay an upgrade charge on my existing network.

I started on Vodafone, then to Orange, then O2, now BT Mobile. Of all of them, I had the best customer service by far on Orange - they were always very helpful. BT Mobile's customer service is seriously terrible - their entire network's MMS service was down for six weeks at one point. Their phone operators also sound at best bored, at worst rude... that is if you're prepared to stay on hold for 45 minutes to get through to them. If anyone's thinking of changing networks, I'd recommend not touching them with a shitty stick.
