One night stands are absolutely fine, so long as both parties are clear that that is exactly what it is and all it will ever be. If things get unbalanced, then guilt comes into it and it can all go a bit wrong.
I see nothing wrong with them at all. I've certainly had my fair share
in my time and in the situation I was in at the time, caused me no regrets at all.
