you've never used the Somerfield one have you?
I never visit somerfield. There is one in the high street near me, but the main carpark for the shoppers is a long walk away and I'd have to dodge Welsh chavs on the high street while laden with carrier bags!
I stick to Tesco/Asda.

I have many, but here's my car-related listed (or at least, the first points which come into my head)

HGV vehicles overtaking other HGV vehicles whilst going up hills

Taxi drivers and bus drivers (admittedly there are some exceptions but not many)

Town/city centres being turned into a maze of speed bumps, semi-roadblocks and bus lanes, without which such places wouldn't be so congested (which is often used as an argument for accelerating the rollout of such schemes)

Cycle lanes which obstruct the free passage of cars and other motorised vehicles - cyclists do not pay road tax, do not need to pay for an MOT every year to verify that their vehicles are roadworthy, are uninsured and their vehicles do not require the purchase of a fuel which is heavily taxed. They should not get any special provision whatsoever over motorised vehicles, since it is only the existance of motorists which allow us to have roads as we know it.
If cyclists want cycle lanes, then they can start paying road tax, be required to submit their machines to an annual MOT test, and they can start insuring their vehicles (along with paying heavy taxes on parts related to the drive system for their vehicle to bring their operational costs in line with that of a motorised vehicle), they should not be installed with money ultimately sourced from the motorist if that installation will affect the free passage of the motorist whilst the people who benefit from cycle lanes have made no contribution at all to the cost of implementing them.

Ford - Current model range is dull
Rather oddly however, the sexiest looking model in the range is still the Ford Ka - a car which has remained virtually unchanged since it's introduction almost 10 years ago in 1996 - even that nasty unrefined 1.3 pushrod engine from the old Fiesta is still intact. The only noteworthy thing they've done is finally introduce a decent instrument binacle to replace the Morris Minor level of instrumentation that went before it (until recently, the Ka's instruments consisted of a speedo (with no trip counter), a fuel gauge, and 2 or 3 warning lights).
I think Ford need to learn something from that.
