Gavin Scott wrote:Dr Lobster that's not what I was expecting at all. I like the accent. Touch of the Jamie Olivers about you - but I mean that in a nice way.
As a matter of interest Dr L, what is your accent? Is there a spot of South Midlands in there?

Pete, Mark and Chris all generously volunteered to host my mp3.

I posted it before on TVF when the BBC Tour was going around, so it wont be new to many. Its me (and some random 10 year old) reading a radio 1 newsbeat. Complete with stumbles. The right channel of sound is missing because i ripped it from a VHS tape. I was nervous and it was a hot day.

Pete will post the link if he's not too embarrassed on my behalf.

and as if by magic...

I can only hear the 10 year old on that clip though. I do like the way he has captured the newsbeat style of shouting the news to make it all sound threatening

No. *Sigh*. That's me.

Reminds me of a book I read about a boy who hated being read bedtime stories by his granny, because she used too much emphasis, or worse, put it on all the wrong words.

That's me that is.

Jaqueline will comfort you with a relaxing coffe, not to mention snacks and cakes. Except Nick did.

Very well too.
