This will look just like a lame excuse, but honestly isn't.
If it was any day but a Monday, I WOULD have considered it, but Monday's the day I frequent my very own chat room, glass of red wine in hand, just up the road and round the corner from here.
would that be the wine society nick, if so, perhaps the inhabitants of the chatroom could make the treck to dulwich - although you may need to have some ribena on hand for the young'ns

We shall light a candle for you, Mister Harvey! You will be missed!
(I've been making that joke all week as Ison will surely testify)

Well we can't offer free wine, but I'm sure with characters like James Martin and Ste floating around, there'll be plenty of whine.
Oh I am *pun-tastic*

Oh i'm busy. Sorry. I just remembered Monday night is rubbish night and I have to ensure I don't mix the plastics with the perishables.

No, not Dulwich, I'm afraid, that's a bit far to walk home in my (hoped to be) inebriated stupour.
It's what's rapidly becoming known as the central Wiltshire branch office of the BBC Club!
I shall arrange for glasses to be raised to you all at 21:30 in exchange for all your good wishes above.
Please enjoy chatting about us; we MIGHT be chatting about you!

I thought I'd just bump the thread to the top. It all kicks off in an hour and we hope to see you all there! We've already had one issue as the locked thread indicates, hopefully there'll be no other problems tonight.
If people do descend into tittery, then they'll be kicked and perhaps banned!
