"C" is the max mark you can get for modular foundation. I reccomend you do higher, as you appear to have reached the peak of foundation.

And AQA really get up my nose - practically all of hteir questions are badly worded, and every other paper has a question with more than one correct answer. Shoddy exam board. Written exam papers are tonnes better, not these computer-marked, unrealistic grade boundaries, misleading ones.

Which exam board? AQA only has 10 modules of which 6 have to be taken.

I know. But the problem is I dont do enough work in class. you wouldve thought that the school wouldve noticed im bored because im begining to find the work quite easy. When I find work easy, I find I just give up and talk for an hour instead.

Would you be doing dual-award?

Well, I'm extremely annoyed - and incredibly stressed at the moment as YET AGAIN I have become the casualty of workplace back-stabbing.

Apparently I'm now "not doing my job properly" and "spending too much time away from my desk" - well this may be true...but I'm EXTREMELY angry because much of the time away from my desk yesterday was spent doing work for the person that has decided to bitch about me. I was faxing script briefs, phoning commercial production to get things changed and filling in orders. NOT in my job description for sure.

I know it's only a small issue and I shouldn't get worked up over it, but it has really pissed me off - after all the help I did for her yesterday, this is how she decides to repay me. Not even telling it to my face - but complaining to others (NOT management) I add.

Well if she wants any more help, she can just fuck off. She is a twisted manipulative cow. I would be perfectly happy to put my hands around her neck and restrict the flow of fresh oxygen to her body.

Radio stations are terrible for it - I think it's a problem at small stations because there's an element of "Cabin Fever" that sets in. Is this your bro's ex who you mentioned in the blog?

Here's what I've always done in those circumstances, and it works a treat. Allow me to script it out for you.

Boss: Robert, you're underperforming.
Me: (shocked look) Really? I had no idea I was doing so poorly.
Boss: Well, you are, so shape up.
Me: (pouring it on) I wish I knew what I was doing wrong so I could properly correct my behaviour.
Boss: Well, you smashed the coffeepot yesterday ...
Me: I most certainly did not! So-and-so dropped it, and I tried to catch it as it fell!
Boss: I see! Well, you're not turning things in on time ...
Me: Then I'll have to ask you to help me manage my time, because all the assignments you're giving me seem to be preventing me from doing everything else I'm supposed to.
Boss: Right. Uh ...
Me: I'm sorry I'm doing so badly. It's clearly a character fault.
Boss: No, it's not that, it's just that ...
Me: (thickly now) No, no -- I know I have some problems, but I just don't feel like I'm respected around the office, and it makes it difficult to stay motivated.
Boss: Really?
Me: Yes ... it's that fat cow of a woman who keeps telling on me ...

And so forth. Turn it right around on them. It's fun! Try it at your next performance review.

I might just try that...sadly my manager is my own brother - and isn't in the office today anyway! Makes it a bit more difficult. Still, I might try it with someone else...perhaps even the person who thinks I'm shit.

Well...I'lll show them all when I'm journalist.

Hmm ... cats whistling underwater doesn't quite do it for me. Don't forget BBC Windmills. That always lowers my BP.
