I tend to block people when they add me if I don't recognise the address.
Since I stopped doing CMP radio months ago I still get a lot of addresses that mention "kewlistic radio" either in the address or in the display name that seem to think I'd be interested.

I must have well over a hundred people on my MSN list, but I only regularly talk to about 15 of them. I did put my MSN addy on the forums because its quite funny when someone adds you, and my first question to them is who are you, why did you add me and what do you want.
Although there are some people who i used to talk to but hardly ever do anymore, probably because they've changed emails and I’ve not added them. I've also got about 20 blocked people, not deleted because i may one day need to speak to them, but blocked because i cant be arsed to speak to them, or for them to speak to me.

Well it was decent of him to tell you. I had a similar experience with a burglar once.

MSN is a great thing, but is bloody annoying when people decide 'not' to speak to you. I mean...how dare they?!

I think the maximum is 150 or 160; something like that. I reached it some time ago and now have to delete buddies to allow new ones on.
The bizarre thing is that although I only regularly talk to about 5% (max) of my list, I really have to agonise about who should be cut to make way for someone else.
