Problems with TVF

Has anyone else been having problems with TVF lately? It only loads a corrupted version of the page, and it takes about a minute to do this.

That happens regularly. It's to do with the CSS not coming down, or something like that.

It happens to me on, probably, about one in fifty pages. A refresh usually sorts it out.

I've got lots of problems with TVF.

More than a single post can handle.
