I did think that the ShowbizGuru on Metropol had a rather different style of writing from the TVF one.
Sometimes I think my life is pretty sad. Then I see the lengths that others go to to "entertain" themselves in some bizarre manner and I think, actually, things aren't so bad after all.
Though it does worry me that the same people could occupy jobs of consequence and vote.

Is this guy for real?aberdeenboy: Seeing the test card in a shop window this afternoon brought a tear to my eye... When I was a wee boy, back in the 70s, we still had a black and white telly at home and I always loved seeing the test card in colour in the window of the tv rental shop down the road. Give me the child when he is seven and I will show you the man. Mind, we're talking two or three here!
Ronnie is victorious, vivacious in victory like a venomous dog. Vile Republicans cease living while the religious retort with rueful rhetoric. These rank thugs resort to violence and swear revenge.
But Ronnie can punch through steel so they lose anyway.

aside from chie's stupid comments about snow and sparkles not being christmassy (i'm surprised he hasn't complained about our theme) my current annoying member is david price with his views that newsreaders must be devoid of personality and not grin and his dislike of ITV News Channel legend Owen Thomas.

TV Forum doesn't revolve around the jet stream.

I like how chie has set himself up as a guardian of morals and politeness. Lest we not forget his reaction when I tried to be helpful and correct the colour issue on his avatar, or his refusal to admit that Sput has a habit of pointing out issues in his posts and instead accused him of being a bully.
I wonder whether he is the reincarnation of troutie or him of the sofas. he shares traits with both
