Clearly a former member - one of the trolls I expect.
Just been searching through his posts, and you're right, although the only good thing he's done is tell Tumble Tower to shut up.
Tumble - who for all his faults is at least polite to other members, and has racked up 494 wordy and, some might say, thoughtful posts.

Andrew Bower's contribution for the last 11 days is to be a sarcastic, nasty little wanker.
You are just our collective conscience aren't you, Gav?

I'd agree with that, that Bower bastard's taking all my work and making a right mess of it too.

Would of thought you used to it gav, being a metropol member. From the un-muzzled Nini (down girl) to the witless Sput you have a lovely selection of snarky members.

Given that I have been the victim of threats from both Sput and Hymagumba on this forum I don’t think metropol is in a position to throw stones.

Do you?

And as people go, I think Bower is an excellently fine poster. “Clearly a former member” – just the kind of baseless claim I expect from you & your ilk.

A "victim of threats"? Well I never.

That's a pretty serious accusation to make in such a cavalier fashion. So was it a threat of bodily harm, or perhaps something more vague like, "You had better be careful".

Oh wait - wasn't that particular message one you wrote to my team of moderators? It certainly appears in the log.

So lets be absolutely clear about who said what, Mr Guru. I certainly wouldn't want you to feel that I don't take things seriously, and I'm SURE you wouldn't want to invent things to make yourself come across as a victim when you're really nothing of the kind.

But perhaps more importantly, do you really think Bowers is an "excellently fine poster"; or is it more likely that you're taking a contrary position for the sake of it?

In any event, you're free to champion whatever troll you see fit. Especially one who masquerades as someone else, and references individuals on the board in a way only a former member would.

That's what makes us such a happy tapestry.

After all, it takes an ass to cover every seat.

Oh I'm sorry, how would YOU interpret
try anything like that[...] and /you'll be in the wacky furniture warehouse
???

Don't think his little message will appear in your "logs", he's probably taken care of that so you don't see it. But I swear on my mother's life the above message was received

TO THE POINT THOUGH:

Yes, I do think Bowen contributes to the forum. As for wild threats, blurting out that you're sure he's a "former member" is quite high up there? I think he puts people in their place where necessary and just doesn't suffer fools. Apart from that he offers debate and opinion. Better than what most other people offer on that board if you ask me. Not his friend but it would be a sad day for TVF if he got banned. By the way, I don't like how you abuse your admin position on this site to try moderate TVF.

Might also mention your track record for identifying new members who are “former members” is far from unblemished…after all, your hasty judgment here got me unfairly banned without warning or anything. It was left to me to pick up the pieces of your mistake by sending you a PM, something I should REALLY not have had to do. Just because the pieces fit together doesn’t mean it’s the case Mr, you can’t say things without evidence. I should really tell asa how I was banned at your site without any facts in your favour, but I won't since I'm not so sad.

Please enlighten me how exactly this is a threat? To me it looks like an opinion. Though I'm no expert when it comes to the English language and just wondering if my dyslexia's getting the better of me again today.

I willing to acknowledge the possibility that I wrong… first time for everything etc yeah?

The difference is how you deal with it when you are.
To err is human, to forgive divine, as someone wise said once.

Not you, then? Haw haw haw.
Ronnie is victorious, vivacious in victory like a venomous dog. Vile Republicans cease living while the religious retort with rueful rhetoric. These rank thugs resort to violence and swear revenge.

But Ronnie can punch through steel so they lose anyway.
