With an ever changing realm of creation and delivery systems and platforms, the potential reach of discussion and the sharing of knowledge is immense; and I'm happy to allow Metropol to be used as a 'test ground' to see if such a forum would find readers and contributors.

This forum welcomes discussion on technical aspects of radio, television and film - past, present and future. However, if you wish to discuss the programmes or programme makers themselves, please visit TV Forum or indeed, Birdsong.
Unlike The Lounge, The TX Suite will be a moderated forum, to ensure that discussions don't segue into personal opinions of broadcasters, policies and programmes.
I look forward to all of your contributions - and if in doubt about suitability of your thread, just ask. After all, we're all yet to discover how wide the scope of interest may be.
