They're open for 3 hours a day here and won't let you make an appointment for someone else who's busy at work and the phone lines are never answered and you can't make an appointment in person either you have to phone and I'm sorry sir that's the way it is and ARRGHFSKIGNGSBASTRDINGSCRBLLLLGah.

I thought they were meant to HELP people?!

Edit: Changed it to CAB, as in Citizens advice bureau

That's pretty much the case I'm afraid. I know they're a voluntary organisation and all that, but I just find this sort of thing unreasonable whether you pay for it or not.

Oh alright! It was a rushed rant, I'd just got in after walking to town and back for no reason so I was still angry. Firefox speelcheck didn't flag it up so I'm doing a barcy on this one.
